Syncopated Sounds

Jihan has been a percussionist for over 15 years studying at Glenville High School and on to such Historically Black Colleges and Universities such as Central State and Clark Atlanta University. Upon his exit from school, he went on to volunteer in the Cleveland, East Cleveland, and Warrensville Heights Public School Districts to assist in the success of their respective band programs. His hopes are to incorporate the love of the high stepping style of marching band that he fell in love with during his time in college and to introduce this to a group of kids who may not have had that experience and also to instill some of the core qualities that has been key to making him as successful both inside and outside the music room.
